VISION FOR THE FUTURE
At this moment we are part of FRC Main Centre, which means that the female residents still occupy space where male residents are present. Males and Females are kept completely seperate from one another and are not allowed to mix with each other.
In the future, we would like to have a facility that houses female residents only, on a completely seperate property. At a later stage we would like to accommodate woman with mood disorders, behavioural disorders and crisis pregnancies.
Only once we are firmly established and have the correct facilities we will look into making provision for mothers that are unable to attend a rehabilitation program because of their children. We would also like to implement educational programs for female learners (teenagers) who are starting to develop and display behavioral problems. Those who are starting to make the wrong choices.
MY VISION
My own personal vision is to provide affordable long-term addiction treatment together with the appropriate after care and support. Rise Recovery Centre aims to empower woman to become the best version of themselves by focusing on the individual’s calling and purpose in life. Besides the fact that my own personal passion and calling lies with addicted woman, I also want to create a strong family type of culture, I want Rise Recovery Centre to be a safe space for anyone who has completed a successful recovery to return to at any time, to serve and give back to others that are struggling.
Rise Recovery Centre is a faith based rehabilitation program that will focus on Spiritual, Emotional, Physical as well as the Mental well being of our ladies.
OUR CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES
We currently have space for 12 female residents. We want to accommodate more. If we do not gather enough funding to build a compeltely seperate centre we will then start to renovate what we have, as more funding comes in we can improve and expand our environment. Up to date we have raised enough money to build a brand new classroom / chapel.
